Register for an event
Guests register from a public event page. Operators should know this flow so they can support guests and design registration questions.
Start registration
- Open the event on Discover.
- Select Register or Join the waitlist (or see Event full / Registration closed when unavailable).
Wizard steps
- Your details — Full name, Email, optional Phone, Date of birth.
- Event questions — answers to any questions you configured (step indicators show Step n of total).
- Select Continue between steps, then Register or Join the waitlist. Use Back to revise earlier steps.
Outcomes
| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| You're registered | Confirmed registration; guest typically receives a QR ticket email |
| You're on the waitlist | Added to the waitlist |
| Already registered | This email is already on the list |
| Event full | No remaining capacity |
Walk-up guests on event day can be added via Check-in → New Registration.
