Exports

Open your profile menu → Exports to review files generated by background export jobs.

What you will see​

Each row shows:

  • Export type (for example Guest list) and format (Excel)
  • Event name
  • When you requested the export
  • When the file expires
  • Status — Queued, Preparing…, Ready, Failed, or Expired

Download​

When status is Ready, select Download. WeHabit opens a short-lived secure link to the file. Expired or failed exports cannot be downloaded — request a new export from the relevant screen (for example Guests).

Status updates​

The Exports page updates as jobs progress. You do not need to refresh the page to see a queued export become ready.

tip

Exports listed here are only the ones you requested. Other users cannot open your files by guessing an export id.
