Organizations and branches

WeHabit is built around organizations. Everything you manage in Leaders—events, people, check-in—belongs to the organization you currently have selected.

Organizations​

An organization is your workspace and public identity:

  • Has a name, optional logo, sector, and description
  • Has a public slug used on Discover (for example /discover/your-slug)
  • Owns branches, events, members, guests, and speakers

You create an organization during onboarding, or join one when someone invites you.

Branches​

Branches are locations or groups inside an organization (for example cities, campuses, or teams).

  • Events are created under a branch
  • Members can have organization-wide roles and/or branch assignments
  • The Events list can group items by My branches and Other branches

Manage branches from My organization or the Branches guide.

Active organization​

If you belong to several organizations, only one is active at a time. Use the Organization switcher in Leaders to change it. Lists and permissions always follow the active org.
